CR Genset Introduction
ComeRiver Power industrial exhaust gas generator set is aiming at the gas exploitation with high hydrogen content and high carbon monoxide content, the genset is fully optimized and designed based on the general genset. The genset adopts modular design, engine, alternator and intercooler are the three major modules which the middle part is the engine, easier for daily maintenance, gas intake and exhaust, the cooling water is placed at the free end, that is easier for power plant installation and arrangement.The engine adopts double turbocharging dual shunt intake technology, and it is special designed for generator set with hydrogen content included, reliable structure design, safety operation feature, and after the optimization of the double turbocharges, a higher efficiency will provide a more efficient turbocharging pressure, thereby the genset operation power and efficiency definitely will have an obvious improvement.
The product has the features of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low emission, etc.. The genset core control system components are all fully automatized, including ECU, air-fuel control system, speed regulating system, and ignition system, etc., product quality is extraordinary reliable and these are already widely applied on the gas generator sets. Genset adopts SE3 control system, perfect man-machine interaction, and better maneuverability. Three-Section Modular Design
Genset adopts three-section modular design, including gas engine, turbocharging intercooler three modules and the design improved the genset maintenance operation.
Engine places at the middle, fewer auxiliary equipment on both sides, which is convenient for daily maintenance; the intake and exhaust are concentrated in the free end, which is convenient for the layout of the power station. The three modules are evenly distributed to make the mass distribution of the genset more uniform and easier to hoisting.
Shunt Intake Technology
Due to biomass gas with characterizations of containing hydrogen and low methane value, the burning speed is fast, backfire and knock are likely to be caused, ComeRiver adopts shunt intake technology with a reliable structure, compared with the multi-point electric injection and mechanical injection, shunt intake technology has a simple and reliable control mechanism; the possibility of backfire occurring is being avoided completely.
Shunt Pressurization Technology
Adopting the shunt pressurization technology, the genset operation safety is high, the gas does not need other auxiliary pressurization equipment, it is not only saves energy consumption, but also the low pressure gas intake is realized.
Single Cylinder Control Technology
