HL Series Wheel Welding Tractor adopts YTO wheel tractor chassis, which has the characteristics of high driving speed and convenient transfer. In addition to driving on roads in general areas, the equipment can also carry out field large-scale engineering construction in areas with harsh environment and complex topography such as swamps, deserts and loose soil.
The power of the generator is derived from the rear axle power output shaft of the tractor. The power transmission can be controlled through the clutch to reduce power loss and unnecessary wear. The generator drive system is a narrow v-belt drive, with the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, long service life and economical and convenient maintenance.
The equipment is equipped with generator and welding cabin to facilitate welding machine installation. The electric control cabinet is provided with rainproof function and has several sets of external output interfaces to facilitate power supply for other construction machines and tools.
