Daily Maintenance
Before use:
1) When filling the diesel engine with oil, the specified type of diesel oil must be used.
2) Must use good and qualified diesel engine oil.
3) Check whether the diesel engine oil reaches the standard position, whether the water tank is filled with antifreeze or water, and whether clean air is discharged from the diesel pipeline.
When Using,
1) After the diesel engine starts, run it at idle speed for 3 minutes, and then increase to the rated speed. Don't make it run at high speed suddenly.
2) When the diesel generator set is working, it is prohibited to open the water tank to avoid burns.

Workshop: At present, our company FAZE"ER has three advanced assembly lines with complete supporting equipments and auxiliary facilities, two of which are assembly lines and one is packaging line.
The assembly lines have realized automatic operation mode. Each Assembly line can produce 150 units diesel engines in 8 hours. Experienced and skilled operators perform on-site operations in accordance with process control procedures and operating instructions to ensure products meet customer requirements.
